We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xelvn.official@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work quickly to resolve it.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
The quickest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the size or product you want.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must still be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
